Writ, how directed, form of.

532.080. Every writ of habeas corpus shall be in the name ofthe state of Missouri, directed to the officer or person by whomthe party to be relieved is imprisoned or restrained of hisliberty, commanding him to have the body of the person sodetained or imprisoned, together with the time and cause of suchimprisonment and detention, before the court or judge, withoutdelay, to do and receive what shall then and there be consideredconcerning the person imprisoned or detained.
