532.220. If, in the case mentioned in section 532.210, itappear that the prisoner is legally imprisoned and not bailable,such court shall proceed no further therein; if he ought to beheld to answer for a bailable offense, an order shall be made andproceeded on, as provided by this chapter in case where theprisoner is remanded for want of bail; and when it appears thatthe prisoner is entitled to his discharge, the court shall makean order to that effect.
