Writ may issue when party about to be removed from state.

532.270. Whenever it shall appear by satisfactory proof thatany person is illegally imprisoned or restrained of his liberty,and that there is good reason to believe that he will be carriedout of the state, or suffer some irreparable injury, before hecan be relieved by a writ of habeas corpus, any court, authorizedto issue such writs, may issue a warrant reciting the facts, anddirected to any sheriff, coroner or other person, commanding himto take the prisoner and bring him forthwith before such court,to be dealt with according to law.
