Duty of court on final hearing.

532.360. The court shall proceed to examine into the causeof confinement or restraint, and shall settle the facts in asummary way, by hearing the testimony, as well on the part of thepersons interested as of the prisoner, and the person who holdshim in custody, and shall dispose of the prisoner as the caseshall require.
