534.345. In an action pursuant to chapter 441, RSMo, chapter 524,RSMo, or this chapter, the court in entering a judgment for possession ofthe premises shall, if the defendant defaults, send a notice to the partyordered to relinquish possession that a judgment for possession of thepremises has been entered against said party, and said party must vacatethe premises when the judgment is final.
