Sale of register and code of state regulations, cost, howestablished--correction of clerical errors authorized.

536.033. 1. Copies or subscription of the register or codeshall be made available to the public by the secretary of stateupon request for a reasonable charge to be established by him,said charge not to exceed the actual cost of publishing anddelivery.

2. All costs of printing and mailing the Missouri Registerand the code of state regulations shall be paid by the office ofthe secretary of state from funds appropriated for this purposeand all fees collected from the sale thereof by the secretary ofstate shall be deposited to general revenue.

3. The secretary of state may correct typographical orspelling errors in the publication of any rule, notice ofproposed rulemaking, or order of rulemaking.
