Revised fiscal notes required, when--rejection, when.

536.215. If before the effective date, such rule, amendmentor rescission is altered to the extent that the cost or reductionin income is changed by more than ten percent, then a new fiscalnote and affidavit shall be filed with the order of rulemakingand the new estimated cost shall be published in the MissouriRegister.
