Radio station not liable for defamation, when.

537.105. The owner, licensee or operator of a visual orsound radio broadcasting station or network of stations, or theagents or employees of such owner, licensee or operator of such astation or network of stations, shall not be liable for anydamages for any defamatory statement uttered over the facilitiesof such station or network by or on behalf of any candidate forpublic office where such statement is not subject to censorshipor control by reason of any federal statute or any ruling ororder of the Federal Communications Commission made pursuantthereto.
