Private nuisance action in excess of one million dollars, court orjury shall visit property.

537.296. In any action for private nuisance where the amount incontroversy exceeds one million dollars, if any party requests the court orjury to visit the property alleged to be affected by the nuisance, thecourt or jury shall visit the property.
