Penalties, how recovered.

537.370. The penalties mentioned in sections 537.340 and537.350 may be recovered by civil action founded on saidsections, or by indictment, or information, at the option of theparty injured, in any court having jurisdiction of the same; andwhen the proceeding is by indictment, such penalties shall bepaid into county treasury.
