Director to approve articles and issue license.

537.630. The director of the department of insurance, financialinstitutions and professional registration shall, within thirty days after thearticles of association are filed with him, determine if the proposedassociation meets the requirements of sections 537.600 to 537.650. If itdoes, he shall issue a license to the association authorizing it to dobusiness for a one-year period.
