Medical records submitted, when--violation, penalty.

537.687. 1. Upon request by the division for verification ofinjuries of victims, a medical provider shall submit medical records andother information requested by the division. Any costs to the claimant forobtaining and providing such information may be submitted as part of theclaim.

2. Failure to submit the information as required by this sectionshall be an infraction.
