Venue for certain actions against health care providers, where.

538.232. In any action against a health care provider for damages forpersonal injury or death arising out of the rendering of or the failure torender health care services, for purposes of determining venue undersection 508.010, RSMo, the plaintiff shall be considered injured by thehealth care provider only in the county where the plaintiff first receivedtreatment by a defendant for a medical condition at issue in the case.
