Wounded in another state and dying in this.

541.100. If any such wound or mortal injury shall have beeninflicted in another state on any human being who shall diethereof within this state, an indictment may be found and a trialand conviction thereon had, in the county in which the deathhappened, in all respects as if the wound or injury had beeninflicted in such county.
