Concurrent jurisdiction in certain territories (Arkansas).

541.170. Wherever the St. Francis River or the meanderingsof said river border on or form the boundary lines between anycounty in the state of Missouri and the state of Arkansas, thestate of Arkansas shall have concurrent jurisdiction of allviolations of the criminal laws of the state of Arkansas to theeast boundary of the meandering lines of the St. Francis River.
