Recognizance--penalty for failure to give.

542.050. If such recognizance be given, the party complainedof shall be discharged; but if he fail or refuse to find suretyit shall be the duty of the associate circuit judge to commit himto prison until he find the same, specifying in the warrant thecause of commitment and the sum in which security was required.
