Certain indictments, what designation sufficient.

545.180. In any indictment for forging, uttering, stealing,embezzling, destroying or concealing, or for obtaining by colorof any false token, writing, or false pretenses, any instrumentor property, it shall be sufficient to describe such instrumentor property by any name or designation by which the same may beusually known, or by the purport thereof, without setting out anycopy or facsimile thereof, or otherwise describing the same, orthe value thereof.
