Indictment against judge to be removed to another circuit.

545.420. Whenever any indictment or prosecution for acriminal offense shall be pending in any court, against the judgethereof, the same shall be removed to the circuit court of somecounty in a different circuit, upon the order in writing of theprosecuting attorney, or upon the order of any judge of thesupreme court.
