When case may be removed to another circuit.

545.450. Whenever it shall appear, in the manner provided insection 545.490, that the inhabitants of the entire circuit areso prejudiced against the defendant that a fair trial cannot behad therein, the cause shall, by order of the court or judgethereof, be removed to another circuit, in which such prejudiceis not alleged to exist.
