Additional affidavit, when made.

545.480. If the defendant will, in addition to the oathrequisite in ordinary and timely applications, swear that thefacts on which he grounds his application have first come to hisknowledge since the last preceding continuance of the cause, thecourt may grant a change of venue, although such application bemade at a term subsequent to that at which the prisoner waslikely to be arraigned.
