In case of removal, when notice to be given.

545.610. When the order of removal is made in term, it shallbe deemed a notice to every person who shall have entered into arecognizance to appear at such term; in other cases the noticeshall be in writing, signed by the prosecuting attorney or clerkof the court, and served on the person so recognized, in themanner provided by law for serving notices.
