Prosecuting attorney to be notified, when.

545.870. Where a special term shall be ordered, undersection 545.850, the judge ordering the same shall cause a noticethereof to be served by the sheriff or any authorized person, onthe prosecuting attorney, and the prisoner or prisoners to betried, ten days before the commencement of such term.
