Stay of proceedings and writ of error to be filed.

547.150. When any order to stay proceedings shall be made bythe supreme court, or by any judge in vacation, the same,together with the writ of error, if any, shall be filed with theclerk of the court in which the judgment was rendered, who shallfurnish the party filing the same with a certificate thereof,together with a copy of the order.
