Definitions.

548.011. Where appearing in this chapter:

(1) The term "executive authority" includes the governor,and any person performing the functions of governor in a stateother than this state;

(2) The term "governor" includes any person performing thefunctions of governor by authority of the law of this state;

(3) The terms "judge", "magistrate", and "judge of any courtof record" include a judge of the supreme court or of the courtof appeals, a circuit judge, and an associate circuit judge, butdo not include a municipal judge;

(4) The term "state", referring to a state other than thisstate, includes any other state or territory, organized orunorganized, of the United States of America.
