Penalty for noncompliance with section 548.101.

548.111. Any officer who shall deliver to the agent forextradition of the demanding state a person in his custody underthe governor's warrant, in willful disobedience to section548.101, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction,shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollarsor by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six months,or by both such fine and imprisonment.
