Documents of board to be privileged--exceptions--inspection.

549.500. All documents prepared or obtained in the discharge ofofficial duties by any member or employee of the board of probation andparole shall be privileged and shall not be disclosed directly orindirectly to anyone other than members of the board and other authorizedemployees of the department pursuant to section 217.075, RSMo. The boardmay at its discretion permit the inspection of the report or parts thereofby the offender or his attorney or other persons having a proper interesttherein.
