Judge or other officer violating law, how punished.

550.310. Every judge, prosecuting attorney, clerk or judgewho shall knowingly violate any provision of this chapter shallbe deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall befined not exceeding one thousand dollars.
