Board of probation and parole--concurrent powers with trial courts.

559.221. The board of probation and parole shall have andexercise concurrent powers of probation and parole with thetrial courts of the circuit and shall have the same power andauthority as that conferred upon the court, or the judgethereof, under the provisions of sections 559.012 to 559.036.
