566.095. 1. A person commits the crime of sexualmisconduct in the third degree if he solicits or requests anotherperson to engage in sexual conduct under circumstances in whichhe knows that his requests or solicitation is likely to causeaffront or alarm.
2. Sexual misconduct in the third degree is a class Cmisdemeanor.
