Age misrepresentation, crime of--penalty.

566.153. 1. A person commits the crime of age misrepresentation withintent to solicit a minor when he or she knowingly misrepresents his or herage with the intent to use the Internet to engage in criminal sexualconduct involving a minor.

2. Age misrepresentation with intent to solicit a minor is a class Dfelony.
