567.060. 1. A person commits the crime of promotingprostitution in the second degree if he knowingly promotesprostitution by managing, supervising, controlling or owning,either alone or in association with others, a house ofprostitution or a prostitution business or enterprise involvingprostitution activity by two or more prostitutes.
2. Promoting prostitution in the second degree is a class Cfelony.
