Responsibilities of prosecuting attorneys and attorney general.

567.100. In addition to the responsibility of circuitattorneys and prosecuting attorneys in their respectivejurisdictions to enforce the criminal provisions of this chapter,they shall have the duty to enforce the provisions of section567.080; and the attorney general shall have a concurrent duty toenforce the civil provisions of section 567.080.
