569.130. Claim of right.
Claim of right.
569.130. 1. A person does not commit an offense bydamaging, tampering with, operating, riding in or upon, or makingconnection with property of another if he does so under a claimof right and has reasonable grounds to believe he has such aright.
2. The defendant shall have the burden of injecting theissue of claim of right.
