Wire, device, or pipe associated with conducting electricity ortransporting combustible fuel--possession of prohibited,when--penalty.

570.055. Any person who steals or appropriates, without consent ofthe owner, any wire, electrical transformer, metallic wire associated withtransmitting telecommunications, or any other device or pipe that isassociated with conducting electricity or transporting natural gas or othercombustible fuels shall be guilty of a class C felony.
