Imposition of sentences for both armed criminal action and crimecommitted with deadly weapon authorized, exception.

571.017. Nothing contained in any other provision of law,except as provided in subsection 4 of section 571.015, shallprevent imposition of sentences for both armed criminal actionand the crime committed by, with, or through the use, assistance,or aid of a dangerous instrument or deadly weapon.
