Duties of prosecuting attorneys.
572.110. It shall be the duty of the circuit attorneys andprosecuting attorneys in their respective jurisdictions toenforce the provisions of this chapter, and the attorney generalshall have a concurrent duty to enforce the provisions of thischapter.
