Violating a condition of lifetime supervision.

575.206. 1. A person commits the crime of violating a condition oflifetime supervision if the person knowingly violates a condition ofprobation, parole, or conditional release when such condition was imposedby an order of a court under section 559.106, RSMo, or an order of theboard of probation and parole under section 217.735, RSMo.

2. The crime of violating a condition of lifetime supervision is aclass C felony.
