Obstructing government operations.

576.030. 1. A person commits the crime of obstructinggovernment operations if he purposely obstructs, impairs, hindersor perverts the performance of a governmental function by the useor threat of violence, force, or other physical interference orobstacle.

2. Obstructing government operations is a class Bmisdemeanor.
