Powers of law enforcement officers--limited powers of conservationagents and water patrolmen.

577.090. Any law enforcement officer shall and any agent ofthe conservation commission or deputy or water patrol officer mayenforce the provisions of sections 577.070 and 577.080 and arrestviolators thereof; except that conservation agents and waterpatrolmen may enforce such provisions only upon the water, thebanks thereof or upon public land.
