Life jackets, refusal to allow disabled persons to wear in certainswimming pools, penalty.
577.161. 1. No person shall prohibit the use of a lifejacket in a swimming pool by any individual who, as evidenced bya statement signed by a licensed physician, suffers from aphysical disability or condition which necessitates the use ofsuch life jacket.
2. Any person violating subsection 1 of this section shallbe guilty of a class C misdemeanor.
