Flight crew members, implied consent to chemical tests--impliedconsent limited to two tests for same incident.

577.206. 1. Any person who operates, or acts as a flight crew memberof, any aircraft in this state is deemed to have given his or her consent tochemical testing of his or her blood, breath, or urine for the purpose ofdetermining the alcohol or drug content of the blood. The consent shall bedeemed only if the person is detained for any offense allegedly committed inviolation of sections 577.201 and 577.203 or if any officer requests chemicaltesting as part of an investigation of a suspected violation of state or locallaw. The test shall be administered at the direction of the law enforcementofficer.

2. The implied consent to submit to the chemical tests shall be limitedto not more than two such tests arising from the same incident.
