Failure to surrender licenses, certain law enforcement officer mayseize.

577.515. If a person shall neglect or refuse to surrenderall operator's and chauffeur's licenses, as provided for insections 577.500 and 577.505, the director shall direct the statehighway patrol or any peace or police officer to securepossession thereof and return such license or licenses to thedirector.
