Department of revenue--rules and regulations.
577.530. The director of revenue shall have authority to make suchrules and regulations as he deems necessary for the administration ofsections 577.500 to 577.525. No rule or portion of a rule promulgatedunder the authority of sections 577.500 to 577.530 shall become effectiveunless it has been promulgated pursuant to the provisions of section536.024, RSMo.
