Center to be separate entity within department--effective date.

589.035. The director shall transfer the state center forthe prevention and control of sexual assault as created pursuantto section 589.030 from the committee on criminal justice to astatus as a separate entity within the department to moreeffectively aid and assist victims of sexual assault crimes.
