589.215. 1. An authorized agency provided with informationunder sections 589.200 to 589.215 may release or provide thatinformation to any other authorized agency to further itsinvestigation.

2. An insurer providing information to an authorized agencyunder section 589.205 or 589.210 has the right to request and toreceive from that agency relevant information. The agency shallprovide the requested information within a reasonable time, notto exceed thirty days from the date of the request or terminationof a criminal prosecution involving such information, whicheveris later.

3. An insurer or an authorized agency that releases orprovides evidence or information under sections 589.200 to589.215 is immune from any civil or criminal liability forproviding such evidence or information.
