Peace officer investigations made available to hiring lawenforcement agencies.

590.118. 1. All completed investigations of alleged acts of a peaceofficer shall be made available to any hiring law enforcement agency. Thetransfer of any law enforcement agency record to another law enforcementagency does not make the record a public record.

2. Any law enforcement agency with information showing a peaceofficer's unfitness for licensure shall provide such information to thepeace officer's standards and training commission.
