Highway patrol academy fund created--use of funds therein.

590.145. All moneys received by the Missouri state highwaypatrol for the training of peace officers who are not members ofthe state highway patrol shall be deposited in the state treasuryto the credit of the "Highway Patrol Academy Fund" which ishereby created. Subject to section 33.080, RSMo, balances fromthis fund shall be made available for the repair, maintenance,operation, and personal services required to operate the patrolacademy and for no other purpose.
