Legal services to be furnished by defender, dismissal from case, when,procedure.
600.044. A defender who undertakes to represent an eligibleperson shall continue to do so at every stage of the case orproceeding, including the filing of a motion for new trial andthe processing, briefing, and argument of an appeal, until thedefender is relieved of his duties by the director or ispermitted by a court to withdraw.
