Failure to comply with expungement order, penalty--knowingly usingexpunged record for gain, penalty.

610.125. 1. A person subject to an order of the court in subsection4 of section 610.123 who knowingly fails to expunge or obliterate, orreleases arrest information which has been ordered expunged pursuant tosection 610.123 is guilty of a class B misdemeanor.

2. A person subject to an order of the court in subsection 4 ofsection 610.123 who, knowing the records have been ordered expunged, usesthe arrest information for financial gain is guilty of a class D felony.
