Administrative fund, uses, administration of.

620.015. The director of the department of economicdevelopment shall administer a revolving "Department of EconomicDevelopment Administrative Fund", which is hereby established,and shall be funded annually by appropriations. Such fund shallconsist of any gifts, contributions, grants or bequests receivedfrom federal, private or other sources and contain moneystransferred or paid to the department of economic development inreturn for goods and services provided by the department ofeconomic development for services to any governmental entity orthe public. The state treasurer shall be the custodian of thefund, and shall approve disbursements from the fund for thepurchase of goods or services at the request of the director ofthe department of economic development. Notwithstanding theprovisions of section 33.080, RSMo, moneys in the fund shall notlapse, unless and then only to the extent to which theunencumbered balance at the close of any fiscal year exceedsone-twelfth of the total amount appropriated, paid, ortransferred to the fund during such fiscal year. The director ofthe department of economic development shall prepare an annualreport of all receipts and expenditures from the fund.
